Notice to All Swimmers / Parents

1. Early bird registration deadline is March 31.

2. Fun - A -Thon May 26 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm,  envelopes and money raised returned by June 2, 2011

3. Mock Meet May 27,  from 4:00 to 6:00 pm, at our pool, this is to help all the new swimmers understand how the swim meet runs, and what will be expected of them.

4. If you haven't already done so, please contact Deb Sicotte right away at 403-652-1451 to book your 2 shifts for the September 16-17, 2011 Casino fundraising event.

6. Otter Picture Day! June 16th, 3:30pm at the pool. Please be on deck with either your team suit or a plain black bathing suit.

7. August 8, 2011 Otter Annual AGM & Wind-Up Party!! The Bibault family has graciously offered to host this event at their hacienda, situated west of town. The banquet will be an informal potluck affair filled with fun and laughter. We hope everyone can attend so we can celebrate the swim season. We will also be having our Annual General Meeting before Awards and other recognitions are given. During the AGM, there will be a brief report from the Treasurer and President recapping the season. Also, any Board nominations and elections will take place. Available positions and directions to the Bibault Ranch will be posted on this web site and on the Bulletin Board prior to the meeting.
